HR & Admin Officer (Real Estate) — Immediate Hiring

About the role

Global Homes Infra is a rapidly growing real estate consultancy specializing in premium residential, commercial, and investment properties across India and the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive to support our expanding operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Admin, and Operations roles.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule final interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Handle joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, and employee files.
• Coordinate office administration, vendor management, office supplies, and daily operations.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee discipline.
• Coordinate with legal consultants for employment-related documentation and basic compliance.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and office administration.
• Basic understanding of HR compliance and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Salary starting ₹20,000/month onwards (negotiable based on experience)
