Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Present residential, commercial, plotted, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain CRM and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships.

Candidate requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance sales, banking products, wealth management, or direct sales.
• Comfortable with target-driven, field-based sales work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
