About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Complete branch management and revenue ownership.
  • Drive overall sales, profitability, and business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans.
  • Monitor branch P&L and operational efficiency.
  • Build developer, channel partner, and investor relationships.
  • Lead performance reviews and target management.
  • Ensure achievement of company revenue goals.
  • Report directly to senior management.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with proven leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of residential, plotted, commercial, and investment products.
  • Excellent team management and business development skills.
  • Experience managing large sales teams and revenue targets.
