Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team.

Candidate requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance sales, banking products, wealth management, or direct sales, with prior team-handling exposure.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management skills.
  • Comfortable owning a sales funnel and revenue targets.
